Shipping & Returns
Delivery of Goods
We aim to despatch all orders within one business day of payment. You will receive tracking information from Australia Post via email letting you know when your order has been posted.
In the rare event that we are out of stock of an item you will be notified (usually via email) and given a delivery date. If this is not satisfactory you will be given the option of cancelling your order or changing the item for a different option.
Postage
Swan Hill Fishing and Shooting aim to give you the best deal possible. We don’t offer ‘Free Postage’ because there is no such thing, we simply give you the best price on products. Our postage is a flat rate fee for all parcels up to 5kg and is most often sent by Express Post, you are welcome to take advantage of this and fill your parcel.
Australia Parcel Post usually deliver within 1 – 3 working days for most regions and up to 6 – 12 days for very remote areas. These times are out of our control, but we are pleased that more often than not they exceed customer expectations.
Firearms, ammunition & explosives
(already included in Ts&Cs)
As these are restricted items, they are subject to Licencing laws.
Ammunition & Explosives can only be picked up in store. Freight is not an option. Buyers acknowledge that any purchase of such item via our website is subject to this condition. Any refund to be made due to buyer error will be subject to administration fees.
Firearms can be collected in store upon presentation of a valid Permit to Acquire and Firearm License or sent to your preferred dealer, whereby you must produce the appropriate licence and any other relevant documentation to obtain said goods.
Standard freight does not apply to firearms. Please speak with us to obtain a freight quote for firearm purchases
Returns Policy
At Swan Hill Fishing and Shooting, your satisfaction is our priority.
We check our items thoroughly before they are sent out to you. If you have questions about the product, please contact us before making your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the products for a refund or exchange less postage costs. Conditions do apply.
- If you wish to exchange/return an item you must advise us within 7 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned to us in a new and unused condition in original packaging with labels attached within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns due to change of mind, may attract a restocking fee.
- SALE items including footwear and clothing cannot be exchanged.
- A reference number must be obtained before any goods can be returned. You obtain a reference number by calling us on 03 5032 4378 or by emailing us at accounts@fishingandshooting.com.au
Please note: All sale item purchases are non refundable and non exchangeable.
